Floor Plans

The Place Apartments provides beautiful one- and two-bedroom floor plans that feature a variety of unique and custom features, including designer wall colors, accent walls, and balconies/patios. Select apartments may also include large pantry closets, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, and built-in bookshelves.


The Tuscany floor plan is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with 510 square feet of living space. The galley-style kitchen is open to the living and dining area. Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony/patio, which features a storage closet. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and a dressing area.


This one-bedroom, one-bath floor plan has 600 square feet of living space. The galley-style kitchen features a breakfast bar and opens to the dining area. The living room has sliding glass doors to the patio/deck. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.


At 705 square feet, the Calabria floor plan is a spacious one-bedroom, one bath apartment. The kitchen features a pantry closet. The living room has sliding glass doors to the balcony/patio. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and a linen closet is located outside the bathroom.


The Vercelli is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with 760 square feet of living space. It features an open kitchen with breakfast bar, a large living room with fireplace, a balcony or patio, a utility closet, and a large bedroom with walk-in closet.


The Marsala is a one-bedroom, one bath townhome with 822 square feet of living space. The lower level contains the galley-style kitchen, dining area, living room, and patio. The upper level contains the bedroom, two walk-in closets, full bathroom, and a balcony.


At 1,013 square feet, the Sienna is a large two-bedroom, two-bath split floor plan. The common area is in the middle of the apartment and includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony/patio, which includes a storage closet. The master suite is on one end of the apartment and includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom, utility closet, and guest bathroom are on the opposite end.


The Venice floor plan has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enter through the private foyer of this unique apartment and you’ll discover a huge living and dining area, a J-shaped kitchen with utility closet, and a huge balcony/patio with storage closet. The master bedroom features an oversized walk-in closet, dressing area, and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a walk-in closet and is located next to the guest bathroom.
